This custom 4100 square foot log home is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and the Hideaway Park Concert Pavilion. It's just minutes from miles of hiking and biking trails, Winter Park Resort (2 miles away) and a wide variety of summer and winter activity options. Conveniently located near the free Lift Bus shuttle route. No need to deal with ski resort parking hassles and fees. This is the perfect Winter Park location!

This is the ideal location for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, wedding parties or a group of friends taking in the summer concert series in downtown Winter Park.

Welcome to the Cabins Club...

Quality custom log construction is used throughout the home. The main level features an open floorplan design with large kitchen, dining area and living room with rock fireplace and flat-screen TV.  The fully equipped kitchen features hardwood floors, granite counter tops, quality stainless appliances, built in wine cooler, and custom hardwood cabinetry.

The spacious guest rooms feature private baths, log construction and solid hardwood doors to create warmth and the private environment you desire when vacationing with large groups of family and friends. Bedding includes a King size bed in the main floor Master Suite, King size bed in the upper floor Master Suite, a Queen bed in the upper level Guest Suite and 2 Queens in large lower level suite. Each bedroom features a full bath, plus there is an additional main floor powder room. 

You'll have plenty of space to spread out with two spacious living rooms. The main level living area features flat screen TV with DVD player, decorative rock fireplace and easy access to the kitchen and dining room area.  On the lower level a second living area features flat screen TV with DVD player, a gas stove to create a cozy environment and easy access to the steam room and outdoor hot tub.      

The private outdoor hot tub is located on the lower level patio, just outside the door from the lower level living room and the oversized steam shower in the lower level bath. A spacious laundry room with full size front loading washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. Enjoy wireless internet access throughout the home and the gas grill and seating on the spacious deck for summer mountain BBQ's with a Continental Divide view.

No smoking allowed in the home and no pets are allowed in the home (Don't get us wrong, we love them but out of respect for those with allergies, we have to restrict pets)

Reservation Policies

General Reservation Policies

- 3 night minimum stay (midweek) & 4 night minimum stay over weekends. 

- Minimums vary by stay date in the winter.  Inquire at the time of booking.

- $250 departure housekeeping fee is added to your reservation.

Deposit Policies

- 50% deposit at time of reservation.

-  Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days over the Christmas Holiday Seasons).

- Tax rate is 11.2% (no tax on monthly rental - call for discounted rates).

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations 46 days or more prior to arrival = Forfeit 2 nights lodging + tax

Cancellations within 45 days (60 days Holiday Season) of arrival = Full forfeiture of rental + tax

S. Value Season:  1/5/20-2/5/20 - $650/night  (3 night minimum)   

Value Season:       2/6/20-2/13/20 - $695/night  (3 night minimum)                                                                                          

Regular Season:  2/14/20-2/23/20 - $795/night  (4 night minimum)
